Evergreen Eye Center has been named a finalist in the Business Examiner’s Top Places to Work for 2017! The competition recognizes outstanding workplace cultures. The article appeared in the most recent issue of South Sound Biz. You can read more about the contest and winners here.
This is the first year Evergreen has made a run for the award. The fact that we are finalists speaks to our dedicated staff, managers and physicians.
Our employees took the time to fill out the survey earlier this year and were incredibly candid with their feedback. Some of the awesome highlights from the survey include insights such as these:

96% said the work environment is pleasant and welcoming.
94% said we appropriately celebrate successes and have fun.
