Shared Care for all Optometrists
We Do:
- Co-Manage Cataracts, LASIK, ICL
and Premium Lenses. - Offer the smallest incision Cataract surgery for quicker healing and more desired result.
- Use the VISX Star 4 Laser for LASIK.
- Offer multiple CE seminars every year.
We Ensure:
- ALL referred patients are sent back to the referring Doctor.
- We always put referred patients in our “Green Charts”. This tells the entire Evergreen Eye Center team that the patient has been referred and will be handled as a co-managed patient. The patient will always be sent back to the referring Doctor after the ordering tests are completed.
- We do not have an optical shop or provide contact lenses.
